Overview

This website is operated by Henrique Soares, trading as Elina Dublin. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to Elina Dublin. These terms apply to your use of the website and purchase of our products, together with the policies linked on this website. Please read them before placing an order. 1. Online store use

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract. Do not use our products or services for unlawful or unauthorised purposes, infringe intellectual property rights, or transmit viruses or destructive code. We may restrict access where these terms are breached, subject to applicable law.

2. General conditions

We may refuse a service or order where permitted by law. You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or exploit any part of the service without our written permission. Payment information is transmitted through encrypted payment systems. Other communications may pass through different networks.

3. Website information

We aim to provide accurate product and website information. Errors or omissions can occur, and historical information may not be current. We may update website content. Nothing in these terms removes our responsibility for information that forms part of your purchase contract or your statutory rights.

4. Prices and contracts

Prices are displayed in euros and may change for future orders. Review the final price and any applicable charges before paying. Product listings are an invitation to order. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; an automated receipt acknowledgement does not itself confirm acceptance. If we cannot accept an order, we will contact you and refund any payment taken. Changes do not retrospectively alter an accepted order without agreement or a lawful basis.

5. Products, delivery and availability

Products are sold online and may have limited availability. Screen settings can affect how colours appear. We sell and deliver to Ireland. Products are dispatched directly from our suppliers in Asia. Any applicable customs or import charges are the customer’s responsibility. Standard delivery is free, order preparation is normally 1–3 business days, and estimated transit is 8–12 business days after dispatch. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Order and account information

Provide accurate, complete and current contact, billing and delivery information. Keep your account information up to date. We may limit quantities or decline or cancel an order where permitted by law, for example because of suspected fraud or an obvious error. We will use the contact details provided to notify you of relevant changes.

7. Optional third-party tools

Some features may be provided by third parties. Their own terms may apply. Read the relevant terms before using an optional service. We do not control every third-party tool and do not give additional warranties about them beyond those required by law.

8. Third-party links

Links may lead to websites that are not operated by Elina Dublin. We do not control their content or privacy practices. Review their information before providing data or making a purchase. Complaints about an independent third-party service should be directed to that provider.

9. Comments and feedback

If you voluntarily send us comments, suggestions or other non-confidential feedback, you permit us to use, edit, translate and publish that feedback to operate and improve the service. We are not obliged to pay for or respond to unsolicited feedback. Your submissions must be accurate, lawful and must not infringe the rights of others. Personal information remains subject to our Privacy Policy.

11. Errors and omissions

If we discover an error in a description, price, promotion, availability or delivery information, we may correct it. If an error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you where necessary and respect your applicable contractual and consumer rights.

12. Prohibited uses

Do not use the website for unlawful activity; infringement; harassment, abuse or discrimination; misleading submissions; distributing harmful code; collecting personal information without authority; or interfering with security features. We may suspend access for prohibited use where permitted by law.

13. Warranties and liability

We cannot promise that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Any exclusions or limits apply only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your statutory consumer rights, including remedies for products that are faulty or not as described.

14. Responsibility for misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses caused by your unlawful use of the service or infringement of the rights of others. This provision does not impose liability beyond what may lawfully be imposed on a consumer.

15. Severability

If a provision is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

16. Termination

You may stop using the website at any time. We may suspend or end access for a material breach where permitted by law. Obligations relating to orders already accepted, payments due and accrued rights survive where applicable.

17. Entire agreement

These terms and the applicable policies and order information form the agreement governing the service and your purchase, subject to any additional terms agreed with you. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive it. Nothing limits rights or representations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

18. Applicable law and consumer rights

Elina Dublin is operated from Portugal and serves customers in Ireland. Applicable mandatory consumer protections, including those available to customers resident in Ireland, remain unaffected. These terms do not prevent you from bringing a claim before a court or authority that has jurisdiction under applicable law.

19. Changes to these terms

The current version is available on this page. We may update these terms for future use and orders. The terms applicable when your order was placed continue to govern that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
